“Without a doubt, the absolute highlight for us was your food and your amazing team of staff. From set up to take down your team were amazing, so calm and capable. They came up to us multiple times during the reception and dinner to check we had everything we needed which was so lovely of them and made us feel a little like celebrities!
You’re canapés have been the talk of the town since the wedding, the number of times I’ve heard people talking about the famous tempura prawns (specifically my grandfather) and the manchego croquettes is too many to count! All of the courses during the dinner were honestly more delicious that we could have imagined. It’s hard to pick only one highlight but the brûléed lemon tart and the perfect beef were close contenders!
You being so calm and capable every step of the way made me feel unbelievably calm too!”

We could not have asked for more. All of our guests commented on how fantastic the food was from the breakfast on the Saturday morning to the wedding breakfast and the amazing roast dinner. The charcuterie board was really lovely too.
The canapés were superb – and just to make you laugh , our 10-year-old niece called them ‘ samples’ !!
Our photographers who do lots of weddings, caught sight of the food/canapés and were very impressed.
The chef was unflappable and amazing how he could cook such wonderful food in an unfamiliar setting. The waiting staff also really lovely and did a wonderful job.

Everything from the canapés, the gazpacho, the salads, the beef! through to the late night scotch eggs… your team were fantastic - they were polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Touches like boxing up and labelling all of the leftovers were so helpful too (we thoroughly enjoyed making our way through those). When you all arrived for round two the next morning and everything was tidied up and ready to go, it made the whole thing so easy for us.
